DELIVERY
GPLA does not specify the mode of delivery for its qualifications, granting GPLA Centers the flexibility to deliver these qualifications using any mode that aligns with their learnersā needs. However, GPLA Centers should prioritize the learnersā holistic learning experience when structuring program delivery.
GPLA Centers must ensure that their chosen delivery mode avoids any direct or indirect unlawful discrimination and actively promotes equal opportunities. Whenever reasonable and feasible, measures should be taken to address identified inequalities or barriers that learners may encounter. Guided Learning Hours (GLH), detailed in each unit, specify the number of teacher-supervised or direct study hours typically needed to teach that unit.
ASSESSMENTS AND VERIFICATION
All units within this qualification are internally assessed by the center and externally verified by GPLA. These qualifications follow a criterion-referenced approach, contingent on meeting all specified learning outcomes.
To attain a āpassā for a unit, learners must present evidence showcasing their fulfillment of all learning outcomes and meeting the standards outlined in the assessment criteria. The Assessor is responsible for determining whether learners have successfully met the assessment criteria.
The Assessor should furnish an audit trail demonstrating the process used to determine the learnersā overall achievement.
